FrameReady 12.2.3 Notes

Improvements and Fixes

  • Added ability to display the Inventory Report for a single supplier
  • Improvements to the upgraders and installers instructions
  • Work Orders menu now correctly displays only the entries that should be accessible

  • The “Do not hide Contacts when moving to other files” Main Menu Contacts option now works correctly

  • Added the ability to auto resize batch of Work Order images (found set) (Work Orders)

FrameReady 12.2 Notes

New

  • CC Processing now supports refunds and voids
  • Added the ability to automatically resize images or photos when larger than 600Kb
  • FrameReady now supports sending SMS through BulkSMS and ClickSend
  • It’s now possible to store and select frequently used notes for Work Orders, the previous index was deprecated
  • FrameReady now requires FileMaker 18 and new upgraders are now compatible with FileMaker 18+ requirement, using the new FileMaker
    • Data Migration Tool for Mac and Windows
  • Deposit Only Invoices were rewritten and it’s functionality largely improved

FrameReady 12.2.1 Notes

  • Changes to the close button for all Metric related lists to be more intuitive
  • The Invoices Received on Account and Summary Reports now display the expected figures
  • Adjustments to the tab order when adding a new contact
  • The Labels button is no longer available under Contacts for FrameReady Lite
  • The Tiered Discounts and Terms are now grayed out under Contacts for FrameReady Lite
  • The Credits tab is no longer available under Contacts for FrameReady Lite
  • The Invoices Aging Report was adjusted and will now use the correct client and sales rep names

Setup Data

Added:

  • Added Imperial/Metric radio button for North American and Australian users.

Added (to Contacts):

  • Added a button to manage text and HTML email templates.

QuickBooks

Added:

  • Added check for empty duedate or error in JSON code to avoid pushing DueDate on desktop version under these conditions. Refund Receipt feature currently implemented on served version but only on copy of Invoice.

  • Added new controls to manage Value Lists, e.g. White Space in Products, Mat Margins and White Space, Reveal (Matboards), Placement (Mat Design) in Work Orders.

  • Improved opening/startup time

  • Summary button to calculate Work Order total (list view)

Removed:

  • Removed "automatic tax" which did not work well with either version (definitely not online version).

Contacts

Added:

  • Added Templates and Preview buttons to the New Message layout to support sending of HTML email using SMTP

Invoices

Added:

  • To Receipts (Enter a Payment) layout, a Process CC Transaction button and interface.

Work Orders

Added:

  • Ability to search in 3 fields on Other Line Entry screen (Item, Description and Category) from Find screen.

  • Footer button in List View to calculate the Work Order Total.

Modified:

  • When switching to List View, modified the Summary calculation to be manually triggered; making List View appear faster.
