You have multiple records for the same customer, perhaps with different spelling or maiden name. Decide which record you want to keep and which one you wish to delete.
DO NOT PROCEED WITH THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE A BACK UP.
Access: Level4 > Contacts file > Perform menu > Consolidate two Contacts
This dialog box appears:
From the pull down arrows select Contact record you wish to keep.
Another dialog box appears beside it:
From the pull down arrows select Contact record you wish to delete.
If you accidentally chose the same record, you will be warned.
Click Proceed to confirm.
All information about this customer, including invoices, work orders and details in the tabs will be transferred to the single record.
