Time Cards Info Tab

The following buttons are available after an employee logs in:

The Information TabSN (Social Insurance/Security) number, Accnt # (e.g. Bank Account number), Full Time or Part Time radio buttons, access level (User or Admin radio buttons, see Security section), hourly and overtime wages (Regular Pay and Overtime Pay) and normal pay period hours (Regular Hours in Pay Period). Edit buttons allow Administrator modification.

Info Tab Explained

SN Field

  • Social Insurance / Social Security number.

Acct # Field

  • Bank Account Number, useful for automatic deposits.

Status Dropdown

  • Full Time, Part Time, Occasional, Seasonal status.

Access Radio Buttons

Hours Worked Before Overtime Field

  • Hours worked before overtime (see Edit Hours in Pay Period).

  • Overtime hours are calculated as hours worked after the regular hours in pay period is reached.

  • Non-editable; except by admin.

Daily Checkbox

  • When checked, indicates that overtime is calculated daily; otherwise overtime is calculated per time card.

  • Non-editable; except by admin.

Vacation Pay Field

  • Vacation Pay is a percentage of the regular pay and overtime pay (see Edit Hourly Wages).

  • Non-editable; except by admin.

Tip: If you change any of the data in any of these tabs, then it will be changed it in all Time Cards (old and new) for that Employee.
