Live Credit Card Refund
You have used FrameReady's live credit card processing feature and now must provide a refund

Refund an Invoice with a Deposit on it
A customer has cancelled a Work Order, or returned a Product, for which they have made a partial (deposit) payment

No Taxes Paid: Simply create a new Invoice on the same day or before they pay their taxes.

Paid In Full
A customer has returned a purchase for which they have paid in full
Missing Discount
A Work Order was posted to an Invoice before a discount could be added
Charged Too Much
The full amount was charged to a credit card when it should have been half
Cheaper Moulding
A framing component has become unavailable after the customer fully paid the Invoice and that portion needs to be refunded
Put Back Into Inventory
After a refund has been issued, a retail product needs to be returned to inventory
Store Credit Refund
A customer comes in to return an item and your store has a policy of issuing in-store credits but no refunds.
