Import QuickBooks Chart of Accounts
The most important thing to know in regards to contacts is that QuickBooks is very strict about not allowing duplicate contacts. You will be unable to push an invoice to QuickBooks if there appears to be a contact already created in QuickBooks using the FrameReady contact’s name and information.
Import QuickBooks Chart of Accounts
The Chart of Accounts will not be directly used to affect how funds are deposited into your accounts in QuickBooks. QuickBooks Items have links to accounts and as part of the definition process, FrameReady will pass the information regarding those accounts to QuickBooks using the imported information.
Important: If at any time you make changes to the information in your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts, FrameReady will continue to pass the information to QuickBooks using the old directions. It may require reimporting information to ensure that it is accurate.
Import Your Chart of Accounts

Begin by entering the QuickBooks Integration Setup window.
Follow the instructions here: Accessing QuickBooks Setup -
Open the Chart of Accounts tab from the left navigational tabs.

Click the Import All Accounts from Quickbooks button.

It should be expected to take a few moments to several minutes depending on how much information you will be importing into FrameReady.
Keep Your Quickbooks Information Up to Date in FrameReady
Important! Please be aware that you are required to manually push information into FrameReady from QuickBooks. If you make any changes to the information it is mandatory that you then remove all records and reimport the information from QuickBooks. Importing without removing records will not update records. FrameReady will only import new records that have been added since the last update, leaving the other records otherwise untouched.
It is mandatory that you update the information in FrameReady whenever you make changes to accounts, items, etc. in QuickBooks. This may require that you remove and update all of the information in your system.
