Accessing Quickbooks Setup 

In order to update, setup and maintain your Quickbooks Integration, you will need to access the Quickbooks Setup.  Follow these steps every time to gain access to the Quickbooks Setup.

1. Ensure that you are logged in as level4.

2. Select Setup Data from the Navigational Toolbar on the Main Menu.

3. Open the Fiscal tab and then click the Quickbooks Integration Settings button.

4. The first window is important because you can login to your Quickbooks account[link] and select your Discount[link] and Tax preferences[link].  [Show images]

5. In the top right of the window, there is a gear icon [image].  Select the Gear to move to the Integration Setup Window.
