Time Cards

The Pay Stub Tab Explained

Main Menu > Time Cards > Pay Stub tab

 

1. Regular, Overtime and Vacation pay is automatically calculated based on hours worked and pay rates entered in the Info Tab.

2. Up to seven deductions can be entered.

3. Total Deductions value is calculated automatically.

4. The employee's Net Pay is calculated automatically (Gross Pay - Deductions).
