Increasing or Decreasing a Code Table by a Percentage

Price Codes > Code Tables sidebar button (available for all groups except Moulding)

A Code Table can be adjusted by a percentage for an increase or decrease.

How to Change a Code Table by a Percentage

1. Open your Price Codes and click the Code Tables sidebar button.

2. Select an entry from the Code Table drop-down.
   
   The Code Table information is loaded.

3. Click the Adjust Current Table by % button.
   
   A dialog box appears.

4. Select the radio button for increase or decrease.

5. Enter the percentage amount.

Note: When the cursor enters the percentage field to make an edit, the amount is displayed as a decimal, e.g. 5% appears as .05. This is expected behavior.

5. Click Proceed.
   
   The Code Table is adjusted.

6. Click on the calendar icon beside the Date field and select today's date. This identifies when the last price change was made to this table.

Note: FrameReady may attempt to catch percent changes of "1" and alert you: Entering a number 1 will result in a 100% change. If you intended only a 1% change then click the 1 Percent button, otherwise click Continue.
