When trying to do a vendor update, the message appears “File Not Found! Please ensure you are currently connected to the internet.”
There is a problem with your internet connection. Open your web browser and ensure that you are able to navigate the web. Additionally, make sure that you can navigate to www.frameready.com
Alternatively, your virus protection / network nanny software may be blocking access to the FrameReady website. Add “frameready.com” and “frameready.ca” to the list of exceptions for the protection software you are using.
