“File Not Found!” when trying to do a Vendor Update

The Problem

When doing a Vendor Update, you may receive the error message: File Not Found! Please ensure you are currently connected to the internet.

The Solution

There is a problem with your internet connection:

  1. Check your internet connection; check your wifi connection.
  2. Open your web browser and ensure that you are able to navigate the web. Additionally, make sure that you can navigate to www.frameready.com
  3. Check your anti-virus or network protection software to make sure that frameready.com is not blocked.
