Negative quantity in inventory fields
The Problem
A negative quantity appears onscreen or on the the printed physical inventory list.
The Solution
A negative quantity, e.g. -4, appears when a retail item has been sold but was not first recorded as having any inventory. In this instance, FrameReady counts from zero, so the number is negative. Locate the inventory field in question, click into it, and remove the negative sign.
