Connect Payment Methods to Tender Types in FrameReady

The last step in importing your Payment Methods from QuickBooks will require the process of documenting the matching names in FrameReady. You may or may not use the same names in both, but it is still necessary to document how they will be called in FrameReady.

Each record that you imported into FrameReady will follow the same pattern. The FrameReady Values field should be filled in with the appropriate name for the FrameReady Tender Type that falls under this Payment Method. If you need to add multiple payment types, start a new line to add the next Tender Type.
Important: Don’t forget to add your Refunds and Void Tender Types. Even if they are not commonly used in your shop, prepare ahead of time for when it becomes necessary and you won’t make an error when pushing those invoices to QuickBooks.
