Depending on how you have set up your email information, the Email button composes an email message with the subject: Framing Ready for Pick-Up.
Ask the customer’s permission while you taking the Work Order - would they like to receive an email when their piece is ready for pick-up?
FrameReady fills in the necessary information concerning the artwork, title or description, addresses the email to the correct customer and signs it with the sales rep name in the Order Taken By field.
Use this tool to set yourself apart from your competition and save your staff time and effort. Unclaimed framing is difficult to store and, if you have not received payment, costly.
This function will only operate if an address is present in the Contacts file. Hovering your cursor over the icon on the work order list view will show a message telling you whether an address is present or not.
The message may be edited on your email program screen.
The message will display first, giving you the opportunity to add personal comments before clicking Send.
