Making a One-Time Price Change in a Work Order

Sometimes it may be necessary to change the price of a moulding on only one order without affecting the price for all subsequent uses of the same moulding.

How to Make a One-time Price Change

Here are two ways to make a one-time price change in a Work Order.

Option: Changing the Markup or Set Price

1. Click on the Frame1 text button.

2. Locate and click in the Markup field and type in the markup you want.
   
   or
   
   Locate and click in the Set Price field and enter the set price you want.

3. Click Done.
   
   As long as you do not click on the Modify button, these changes will not be reflected in your Price Codes.

Option: Changing or modifying the Price by Percentage

1. Click on the Frame1 text button.

2. Locate the Required Footage field and note the calculated value, e.g. 6

3. Locate and in the Footage field, enter one foot less than the Required Footage.

4. Below it, in the Surcharge field, enter a decimal amount, e.g. 0.5 for 50% or 1 for 100%
   
   This will increase the price of the frame, on this order only, by the percentage you have entered.
