To prevent this dialog from showing up, use the following instructions.
A common error message when opening FrameReady is a dialog that states:
The date and time formats associated with FrameReady are different than the current system settings. What date and time formats would you like to use?
If you are presented with this dialog, choose File's Settings.
To prevent receiving this alert each time you open FrameReady, follow these instructions.
From the Windows Start Menu, select Control Panel.
Double-click Region and Language.
If this option is not visible, first select Clock,
Language and Region, then double-click Region.
Under the Formats tab, locate the Date and Time Formats panel
The format for the Short Date should be some form of Month, Day, Year. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
The Long Date format can be either:
Month, Day, Year or
Day, Month, Day, Year.
Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
Click OK.
Click OK.
From the Windows Start Menu, select Control Panel.
Double-click Region and Language.
If this option is not visible, first select Clock,
Language and Region, then double-click Region
and Language.
Under the Formats tab, click Additional Settings.
Select the Date tab.
The format for the Short Date should be some form of Month, Day, Year. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
The Long Date format can be either: Month, Day, Year or Day, Month, Day, Year. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
Click OK.
Click OK.
From the Windows Start Menu, select Control Panel.

options.
If this option is not visible, first select Clock,
Language and Region, then double-click Regional
and Language Options.
Under the Formats tab, click Customize This Format.
Select the Date tab.
The format for the Short Date should be some form of Month, Day, Year. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
The Long Date format can be either: Month, Day, Year or Day, Month, Day, Year. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
Click OK.
Click OK.
From the Windows Start Menu, select Control Panel.
Double-click Regional and Language
options.
If this option is not visible, select Date, Time, Language and Regional
Options, then double-click Regional and Language Options.
Under the Regional Options tab, click Customize.
Select the Date tab.
The format for the Short Date should be some form of Month, Day, Year. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
The Long Date format can be either: Month, Day, Year or Day, Month, Day, Year. Select the appropriate option from the dropdown list.
Click OK.
Click OK.
Press Command and Spacebar.
The Spotlight search field appears.
Begin typing in the term language
Spotlight locates Language &
Region as a Top Hit.
Press the Return key.
The Languages & Region System
Preferences window appears.
Click the Advanced button.
Choose the Dates tab.
The format for the Short Date should be some form of Month, Day, Year. Type text or drag date elements to adjust the format.
The Long Date format can be either:
Month, Day, Year or
Day, Month, Day, Year.
Type text or drag date elements to adjust the format.
Click OK.
Close the Language & Region window.
