Work Order Estimate

Work Order > Print Document sidebar button > Estimate button

The (Blind) Estimate shows individual prices of each component and total but does not reveal details of the mat or moulding numbers. This is a Blind Estimate.

• It records which employee gave the quote and includes a disclaimer footnote which you can compose for your own shop requirements, e.g. This estimate is only good for 30 days.

• Use the Blind Estimate when giving a quote which you know very well that your customer will go down the street and compare with your competitor.

How to Print a Blind Estimate for Work Orders

1. With the Work Order on-screen

2. Click the Print Documents sidebar button.
   
   A dialog box appears.

3. Choose Estimate.
   
   Save as PDF or click Continue to print.

OR

1. With the Work Order on-screen

2. Go to Menu Bar > Print.
   
   A dialog box appears.

3. Choose Estimate.
   
   Save as PDF or click Continue to print.
