Printing Text or Image Directory

An inventory directory can be printed for all records or any group, such as an individual artist, in two forms; text only or text and image.

• Great for gallery openings, bridal registries, or selections of favorite artists.

How to Print a Text or Image Directory

1. Go to Products > Print Text Directory or Print Image Directory sidebar buttons.
   
   A dialog box appears offering to print the found set or all records in your Products file.

2. Select either Found Set or All.
   
   The Sort Records dialog box appears.

3. Move items, from the left pane to the right pane, to reflect the order you wish to sort.

4. Click Sort.
   
   A print preview of appears.

Print Text Directory Button

• Prints a table with Item #, Description, Artist, Supplier and Price columns.

Print Image Directory Button

• Prints two columns, with Description/Artist, Price, Item #, Product Image and Barcode.
