Two choices of pre-formatted invoice forms are available; one-part and two-part. Samples of these forms can be printed by clicking Main Menu > Print Blank Invoice Form.

How to Set up One and Two Part Invoices

One Part Invoice Set Up

There are a few options for printing Invoices. This is how to set up a One Part Invoice:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Invoices section > Options tab > More Options button.

  2. In the Invoice Options window, switch to the Print Options tab.

  3. Click 1 Part Invoice Formatted.

OR

  1. Go to Invoices > Invoice Options sidebar button > 1 Part Invoice Formatted.

Two Part Invoice Set Up

There are a few options for printing Invoices. This is how to set up a Two Part Invoice:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Invoices section > Options tab > More Options button.

  2. In the Invoice Options window, switch to the Print Options tab.

  3. Click 2 Part Invoice Formatted.

OR

  1. Go to Invoices > Invoice Options sidebar button > Print Options tab.

Setting up your Pre-Printed Invoices

How to set up Pre-printed Invoices

  1. Go to Main Menu > Set Up Data > Logo tab.

  2. Make sure the Remove checkmark when using a logo….. box is empty.

  3. Do not import your logo.

    This keeps the top left corner blank on all customer documents, Invoices, letters, envelopes, and the Classic style of gift certificate.

    If your logo has already been imported, right-click the logo art and choose
    Cut.

  4. Click Done.

  5. Go to Main Menu > Invoices section > Options tab > More Options button.

  6. In the Invoice Options window, switch to the Print Options tab.

  7. Select 1 part or 2 part unformatted.

  8. Click Done.
