It is highly recommended that you call Tech Support and have a customer service rep assist you if you wish to change serial numbers on your retail items.
If your product (art, paint supplies, giftware, etc.) already has a product / SKU number then you can overwrite the number in the Item # field. Otherwise leave the item number as is and do not modify.
Warning: The reserialization procedure cannot be undone if executed incorrectly.
