Contacts Section

The Main Menu sections provide actions (shortcuts) to various FrameReady functions and features.

Actions from Invoices Section

Contact Icon

• Open the Contacts file to the last screen you were at

New Contact Button

• Create a New Contact

Find Contact Button

• Find a Contact

Magnifying Glass Icon

• Magnifying Glass icon for quick find

• A quick find searches all fields for a match. You may enter a word, phrase, date, or number. Dates should entered as MM/DD/YYYY.

Print Letter

• Print single or bulk letters and/or envelopes

Print Envelope

• Print address labels

Print Address Labels

• Print address labels

Checkbox Field

• Do not hide Contacts when moving to other files (not available with Auto Zoom is turned on)

Quick Reference Table

Button	Action
New Contact	Creates a Contact.
Contact Icon	Opens the Contacts file in List View.
Find Contact	Opens the Find screen where you can perform a search.
Magnifying Glass Icon	Quick search of all Contact fields.
Print Letter	A shortcut to printing single or bulk letters.
Print Envelope	A shortcut to printing single or bulk envelopes.
Print Address Labels	A shortcut to printing address labels.
