Setting up your Invoice Email Message

How to Edit the Invoice Email Message

  1. Go to Main Menu > Invoices Panel > Options Tab> Edit Email Message Button

  2. Choose the appropriate tab to edit:

How to Edit the Email Message

  1. Click your cursor into the Subject or Body field.

  2. Position the cursor to the precise position you wish to insert a merge field.

  3. Choose a merge field button, e.g. First Name, and observe that  <First Name>  was inserted into the text. This is the mail merge code that FrameReady will use to build the custom message.

  4. When complete, click Done.
