Save a PDF Invoice

Invoice Options > Print Options tab  > Pause on Preview > Yes

I use pre-printed forms but when I try to save an Invoice as a PDF there is no store logo on the form.

How to save an Invoice as a PDF

1. Make sure your Invoice Options > Print Options is set to Pause on Preview.

2. Click the Print Invoice button.
   
   The Preview window appears and only prints when the Continue button is clicked.

3. When FrameReady pauses here, click the Layout drop-down menu (near the top left) and select the form with the PDF extension appropriate to your needs.
   
   For example, one part form will read as Form – 1PF PDF.

4. Now select Save as PDF option in the Status Toolbar.

5. Click Continue.
   
   Cancel the printing.
