New Supplier button in the Products file enters a new ID number in ID# field. Once a number is present, you can enter the supplier information.
Be sure to enter your account number or the supplier will not appear in the pop-up menu for selection.
It is also recommended that you identify them as a supplier in Keywords. Suppliers can then be omitted or selected for promotional mailing.
