All invoices are sized for 8 1/2 x 11 paper in a vertical/portrait orientation.
Invoice Printing Formats

Invoice printing options are managed through the Invoice Options sidebar button in the Invoice file. It offers printing selections and automatic entry of information so you can customize to meet your needs.

Choose one of the following print options to meet your hardware requirements. All invoices are sized for 8 1/2 x 11 paper in a vertical/portrait orientation. They can also be save as PDF.

Two choices of pre-formatted invoice forms are available; one-part and two-part. Samples of these forms can be printed by clicking Main Menu > Print Blank Invoice Form.
How to use the Unformatted Option
UNFORMATTED: Take one of the blank forms to a print shop and have a quantity of forms printed. This will save both time and money in the long run. Be sure to have your print shop perforate the form so that the two-parts can be easily separated.
How to Set up Invoice Formats
One Part Invoice Set Up
This is how to set up a one part invoice:

On the Main Menu, in the Invoices section, open the Options tab.

Click the More Options button.

Open the Print Options tab.

Check the 1 part invoice, formatted checkbox.
OR

On an Invoice (form view), click the Invoice Options sidebar button.

Open the Print Options tab.

Check the 1 part invoice, formatted checkbox.
Two Part Invoice Set Up
TWO-PART FORM: In order to save time and paper, the lower half is detached and kept by the merchant and the upper half is given to the customer. Have perforated paper prepared for this purpose.
This is how to set up a two part invoice:

On the Main Menu, in the Invoices section, open the Options tab.

Click the More Options button.

Open the Print Options tab.

Check the 2 part invoice, formatted checkbox.
OR

On an Invoice (form view), click the Invoice Options sidebar button.

Open the Print Options tab.

Check the 2 part invoice, formatted checkbox.
Pre-printed Invoice Set Up

On the Main Menu, click the Setup Data icon.

Open the Logo tab.
-
If your logo does not include address or phone, then make sure to uncheck the checkbox.

Do not import your logo.
This leaves the top left corner blank on all customer documents, invoices, letters, envelopes, and the Classic style of gift certificate. -
Click Done.

Back on the Main Menu, in the Invoices section, open the Options tab.

Click the More Options button and open the Invoice Printing tab.

Select 1 part or 2 part unformatted.

Click Done.
