Email a Thank You Note

Email a PDF of the Invoice to the customer.

How to Email a Thank You note

  1. Locate the Invoice in question; it must be paid in full.

  2. Confirm that the email address is available and/or correct.

  3. Click the Email icon button, top right of the screen.

  4. A system message appears:

  5. Choose PDF Invoice to send the default message with a PDF copy of the Invoice.

  6. Choose Send Note if you wish to enter your own personal message along with a PDF copy of the Invoice.

  7. Click Send or Cancel.

    The Invoice email is sent. When complete, a
    Message sent successfully dialog appears.
