Email a Completion Notice
Depending on how you have set up your email information, the Email button composes an email message with the subject: Your Framing Order is Ready.
Send Email Directly from a Work Order
Ask the customer’s permission while you taking the Work Order: "Would you like to receive an email when your piece is ready for pick-up?"

FrameReady fills in the necessary information concerning the artwork, title or description, addresses the email to the correct customer and signs it with the sales rep name in the Order Taken By field.

Use this tool to set yourself apart from your competition and save your staff time and effort. Unclaimed framing is difficult to store and, if you have not received payment, costly.

Only available if an email address is present in the Contacts file.

How to Send a Completion Notice

Locate the Work Order you wish to send.

Form View: In the menubar, click Email and choose Work Order Completed. or click the envelop icon above the email address(es).
List View: click the envelop icon (righthand column).

The email message appears, using the Completion Message template.

Optionally edit the subject or message.

Click Send.
