Delete a Group of Work Orders
When using this process it is important to note that it cannot be reversed or undone; the deletion is permanent.
Before You Begin

Make sure you are logged in at level4.

If you are not logged in at level4, then in the menu bar, click Account and select Re-Login.
How to Delete a Found Set

You must be open in level4.

On the Main Menu, in menu bar (top of screen) click Perform and select Restore Full Menus from the drop down list.
Nothing on the screen changes but you will see more options in the menu bar. -
Click the Find Work Order button and identify the records that you want to delete.

Click the Perform Find button.

Scroll through you list and double check to make sure you have the right ones. There will also be a number count at the top of the screen to let you know how many records you will be deleting, e.g. 1 of 62 Total: 819 (Sorted)

In the menu bar, click Records and select Delete Found Records… from the drop down list.
Be sure to select FOUND records not ALL records!
A dialog box appears, alerting you to how many records were in your found set. Verify that this is the number of records you want to delete. -
Check diligently before clicking Delete All to permanently remove the records shown on your screen or click Cancel to stop the process.
(If something is wrong, then perform your find again to get the correct list to be deleted.)
Remember: This process cannot be reversed or undone. The deletion is permanent.
