Create a New Time Card
The New Card button creates a new Time Card for a pay period.

Each record represents a specific pay period.

At the end of the pay period, each employee must create a new card.

Alternatively, the admin can perform this task.
How to Create a New Time Card

When logged in, click the New Card button (top right).

A new, empty Time Card appears.

Adjust the Pay Date field to the correct date.

A valid Pay Date appears in green.
Older Time Cards display a notice, for example:
