Over the years, many framers have developed sophisticated charts or tables to price their frame components. However, some of these tables could not be readily translated into a formula that will work in FrameReady. And so Code Tables were invented.
FrameReady can use Code Tables to price items either by the united inch or by a fixed size, e.g. 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, etc. or by a square inch increment.
A set dollar amount is associated with the UI and the fixed size measure (the fixed size is referred to as XY).
Prices can be modified individually by clicking in the price field and entering an amount.
Code Tables provides a way duplicating previously used charts and other arbitrary pricing schemes.
Important: When FrameReady finds a Code Table attached to an item, it gives precedence to the Code Table price and ignores Markup, Set Price and Min Price.
Use the Combine Formula and Code Pricing checkbox to use Code Tables with Cost, Markup and Set Price (available only for Matboard, Mounting, Glass, Fabric).
