Creates a new record in the Contacts file and presents a screen to enter information.
Prints the current gift certificate record in a Modern certificate style.
Prints the current gift certificate record in the Traditional certificate style.
Prints the current gift certificate record in the Classic certificate style.
Prints a receipt for the current gift certificate record, showing the current credit.
Displays how all three certificates appear when printed. The choices are Modern, Traditional and Classic.
This is the only place you may choose to print in French and Spanish.
Gift Certificate text may be altered or modified in Main Menu > Set Up Data > Footnotes tab.
Click Cancel to exit.
Creates a new Invoice with the purchaser’s name on it.
Gift Certificates are treated as a non-taxable item and entered as a payment when redeemed.
Lists all Gift Certificates and Store Credits where the Redeemed field is marked "No".
The total amount of unredeemed gift certificates and store credits is located at the end of the list.
You may print this list using the Print List button.
Click the Form View button exit.
Permanently deletes the current record, after receiving confirmation.
